Work within a Debt Finance practice, advising on a full range of matters.
Handle specific deal types including leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, hybrid capital, fund finance, corporate lending, and syndicated facilities.
Advise on transaction types such as acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management, and other complex financing arrangements.
Represent a diverse client base, including financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds, and direct lenders.
Advise on both lender- and borrower-side mandates for domestic and cross-border transactions, including those backed by complex asset and infrastructure portfolios.
Candidates should be from law school class years 2017-2023.
Admission to the New York Bar is required, or the ability to waive in.
Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school, demonstrating high academic achievement.
Prior experience with sponsor-side representation is required.
Previous experience practicing at a peer law firm is necessary.
The salary range for this role is $260,000-$435,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
