Overview

Advise fund sponsors and asset managers on the formation of a broad range of products.
Work includes advising on closed-ended and open-ended funds, evergreen platforms, permanent capital vehicles, quasi-retail products, bespoke managed accounts, and co-investment arrangements.
Cover all asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
Primarily a sponsor-side practice, with additional work advising blue-chip institutional investors on fund commitments and joint ventures.
Handle primary fundraising and secondary transactions, such as LP portfolio sales and acquisitions, GP-led continuation vehicles, and fund reorganizations.
Collaborate closely with funds tax and regulatory teams across key jurisdictions.
Requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, high academic achievement, and admission to the New York bar.
Seeking candidates with prior experience from a peer law firm, ideally with 2-7 years of post-JD experience (class years 2017-2022).
The salary range for this role is $310,000 - $435,000, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
