Draft and negotiate fund documentation and manage investor negotiations.
Counsel clients on ongoing compliance obligations related to private investment funds.
Possess knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks for private investment funds.
Seeking candidates from law school class years 2019-2022.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Annual base salary range: $260,000 - $390,000.
Discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
