Seeking IP Litigation Attorneys from law school class years 2019-2022.
Requires prior experience in IP and patent litigation.
Candidates must have top law school credentials.
An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline is highly preferred.
CAFC clerkship experience is preferred.
Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
Annual base compensation range: $260,000 - $390,000.
Eligible for discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
