Overview

  • Position located in the New York or Washington, DC office.
  • Seeking attorneys with 2-6 years PQE in debt finance.
  • Required experience includes a strong focus on energy and infrastructure transactions.
  • Prior experience should be gained at a national or international law firm.
  • Draft and negotiate financing documents for domestic and international debt finance deals.
  • Specific document experience includes credit agreements, depositary agreements, note purchase agreements, and security documents.
  • Review and draft commercial and project documents.
  • Experience in acquisition finance is preferred, particularly within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Advise a diverse client base, including private equity funds, portfolio companies, strategic investors, project developers, commercial banks, institutional investors, and direct lenders.
  • Work involves financing, acquisition, and development projects across various sectors: renewables (wind, solar, CSS, hydrogen, renewable gas), oil & gas (LNG), conventional power, and digital infrastructure (data centers, telecom).
