Litigation Associate role.
Requires 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Practice focuses on accounting defense, representing premier accounting firms, public company issuers, directors, and officers.
Handle high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
Specific focus on matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ.
Work involves sophisticated counterparties, including federal regulators, bankruptcy trustees, shareholders, and noteholders.
Hands-on experience in litigation, arbitration, or regulatory matters is required.
A strong academic background is essential.
Elite law firm experience is strongly preferred.
Must demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
Compensation starts at $260,000+ annually, commensurate with class year and experience.
