Seeking associates with 3-5 years of experience in complex employment litigation.
Represent employers in high-stakes single plaintiff employment disputes (discrimination, retaliation, harassment) and complex wage and hour class actions.
Advise on proactive workforce practices and policies to prevent disputes.
Strong understanding of federal and State employment laws.
Significant experience with litigation tasks including taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment), and appearing in court for contested hearings.
Experience advising clients on restrictive covenant issues under California law.
Experience advising on California wage and hour compliance, including policy review, revision, and managing wage and hour audits.
Base salary of $260,000+, commensurate with class year and experience.
Experience with Traditional Labor matters is a plus, but not required.
