Overview

Junior Corporate Associate position based in Palo Alto.
Seeking candidates with 1-2 years of general corporate experience, involving both public and private companies.
Candidates with less than one year of experience or those coming off a clerkship are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred experience includes representing high-growth businesses in financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate matters.
Practice primarily involves technology, life sciences, and other high-growth industries.
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm is expected.
Strong academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required.
The expected annual pay range is $225,000 - $260,000, with the final offer dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
