Seeking a 3rd-6th year associate for a private companies team.
Requires at least three full years of substantial experience advising early-stage, growth-stage, and venture-backed companies.
Deep experience is needed in general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events.

Expected annual salary range: $260,000-$390,000, adjusted based on experience and skillset.
