  • This role is for a 3rd-6th year Corporate Associate, located in Washington, DC or Reston, Virginia.
  • The practice focuses on advising early-stage and growth-stage private companies and their investors.
  • Core responsibilities involve counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events through their growth cycle.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three years of extensive experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies.
  • Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm is required.
  • Strong academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is expected.
  • The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$390,000, with the final offer dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
  • Benefits include firm-paid life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and short-term medical benefits, in addition to elective options like medical, dental, vision, and health savings accounts.
  • Time off accrues at four weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick time per year, plus 10 paid holidays annually.
