Overview

This is a Private Companies Resource Attorney role, providing support to practicing attorneys without direct client interaction or billable hour requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading or supporting AI-enabled initiatives for legal service delivery, drafting and revising template legal documents, and managing practice group resources.
You will monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to private companies, prepare summaries and alerts, and ensure practice resources reflect new requirements.
