Overview

This is an internal Resource Attorney position supporting the firm's Private Companies practice group.
The role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and knowledge of fee-earning attorneys, without direct client work or billable hour requirements.
Key responsibilities include drafting and revising template documents, managing practice resources, and coordinating updates for external publications.
You will monitor legal/regulatory developments, prepare summaries and alerts, and support AI-enabled initiatives, including developing and testing new tools.
The position also involves responding to daily attorney requests for precedents, templates, and other resources, as well as involvement in new knowledge management and practice innovation projects.
Candidates must be licensed attorneys with 4-6 years of experience in a US corporate or transactional practice.
Required experience includes a foundational understanding of startup/venture practice, common transaction types, and day-to-day startup counseling issues.
Strong drafting skills are essential, coupled with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying needs and developing new resources, and is flexible to evolving initiatives.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $220,000 - $315,000, with final offers based on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
