Overview

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable Resource Attorney role supporting the Private Companies practice group.
You will contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, including the development, testing, and refinement of AI tools and workflows.
Key duties involve drafting and revising internal template legal documents and precedents.
Manage and coordinate updates for practice resources and external publications with attorneys and staff.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Private Companies, preparing summaries and ensuring practice resources are updated.
Assist attorneys daily by providing precedents, templates, and other internal resources.
Actively participate in new resource, knowledge management, and practice innovation projects.
Requires a US-licensed attorney with 4-6 years of experience in corporate/transactional practice.
Candidates should possess strong drafting skills and a basic understanding of startup/venture practice, including common transactions and daily counseling issues.
Success factors include strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
The annual pay range for this position is $220,000 - $315,000, with final offers dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.

Paid time off includes 4 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of sick leave, and 10 paid holidays per year.
