Overview

Work in the Business and Securities Litigation practice groups based in the Palo Alto office.
Requires 4-6 years of significant litigation experience from a comparable law firm.
Must have a solid background in federal and state securities laws and corporate governance.
Significant experience is essential with securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and shareholder demands.
Strong drafting experience is required, particularly with motions to dismiss in securities class actions.
Federal court litigation experience is a must; a federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple high-level assignments and experience overseeing junior associates and professional staff.
Requires a high level of academic achievement from law school and current admittance to the California bar.
Work with a diverse range of U.S. and international clients on complex securities matters and disputes.
The expected annual pay range is $310,000 - $390,000, with the final offer dependent on location, experience, and skillset.
