Associate role with Cozen O'Connor, based in their Miami office.
Requires a minimum of four years of post-qualification legal experience.
Manage pre-suit investigations and develop potential claims.
Litigate claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts nationwide.
Familiarity with Florida construction law is preferred, but not required.
Must possess an active Florida Bar license in good standing.
Demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
