Overview

Join Cozen O’Connor’s Corporate Practice Group as a Corporate Attorney.
The position is available in either the Philadelphia or New York office.
Candidates must have at least seven years of legal experience.
Primary expertise required is in private equity and private real estate investment fund formation.
Experience should also encompass private placements and securities regulation, including the Securities Act of 1933, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and Investment Company Act of 1940.
Representing venture capitalists, private equity firms, hedge fund managers, and family offices is a key aspect of the role.
A strong background in investment fund structuring, including fund terms, investor negotiations, and day-to-day fund operations, is preferred.
Admission to a relevant state bar is required, alongside excellent academic credentials.
The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $345,000.
Actual compensation will be determined by your relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
