This is for an Associate role within the Global Insurance Department.

Required experience includes managing general insurance defense matters.
Specific duties involve taking depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, answering discovery, and drafting and arguing motions.
Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this role.
Excellent academic credentials are a mandatory requirement.
Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is strongly preferred.
