Associate position based in the Charlotte office.

Core litigation tasks include drafting pleadings and motions, and managing written discovery.
Must have experience taking and defending depositions, making court appearances and arguments, and participating in mediations.
Involves assisting with trial preparation and writing client reports.
Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials.
An active North Carolina Bar license is required; South Carolina Bar is preferred.
Represents major domestic and foreign insurers in complex litigation and bad faith disputes across personal and commercial insurance lines.
