Ed was absolutely fantastic. When I was strongly considering new employment, Ed reached out and explained a new opportunity to me. He provided great insight into the firm, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and really went to bat for me during the negotiations. Moreover, his prep for the multiple interviews was key to focusing on what the firm was looking for and really gave me an edge and comfortability going in to those meetings. Rebecca is a FANTASTIC recruiter, and I can't recommend her enough. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding, and she really "takes care of" you - she is incredibly responsive and supportive, and she instills confidence every step of the way. Even in a rough lateral market, Rebecca made it happen. She followed up with firms weekly and gave me daily/weekly updates, and she made sure to communicate my unique experience and resume to firms. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the interview process, giving me great examples of interview questions that were personalized to my experience and resume.
