Mid-level Labor & Employment Associate based in Cozen O'Connor's Minneapolis office.
Requires 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) representing employers in workplace matters.
Defend employers against claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing across court and administrative proceedings.
Preferred experience includes employee non-compete agreements, trade secrets, contract negotiations, and severance discussions.
Experience advising employers on compliance, best practices, and litigation risk reduction is a plus.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
Must demonstrate ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Active Minnesota Bar admission in good standing is mandatory.
Salary range: $205,000 - $250,000.
