This is an Associate position focusing on Land Use law.
The role is based in New York City.
Primary responsibilities include managing applications for rezonings, special permits, and variances.
You will also advise on other land use approvals and development rights transactions.
Clients include developers and land owners.
Candidates must have at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Required experience includes interpreting and applying the NYC Zoning Resolution and related laws, gained in private practice or government.
You must hold an active New York State Bar admission in good standing and possess excellent academic credentials.
Strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills are key for this role.
The salary for this position ranges from $230,000 to $285,000.
