Overview

Serve as a Litigation Paralegal in the Atlanta office, supporting attorneys within the Global Insurance Department.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, ideally within a high-volume environment.
A four-year college degree and/or a paralegal certificate is required.
Experience handling complex general liability litigation is preferred, including assessing medical records, preparing medical summaries, and identifying additional providers.
Manage the discovery process, including analysis of medical records, scheduling depositions, assisting with discovery requests and responses, and organizing document production and privilege logs.
Assist with preparing various legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and records release authorizations.
Support attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, and trial attendance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LEXIS, Westlaw, and E-discovery principles (collecting, reviewing, and producing electronically stored information) is essential.
Experience with PACER, Relativity, billing software, case management software, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director is preferred.
The role requires managing multiple priorities, working flexible hours, and overtime as needed. Support for attorneys in other office locations may also be required.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion is necessary.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
