The firm is seeking an Attorney for its Subrogation & Recovery Department in the New York office.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts on civil actions related to property damage.
Collaborate with forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of causes of action in single and multi-party litigation.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings; take and defend depositions.
Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Experience representing plaintiffs in litigation matters is preferred.
Requires excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess a New York law license in good standing.
The salary range for this role is $190,000-$225,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and location.
