Litigation Associate role focused on insurance recovery within Crowell & Moring LLP's New York office.
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience representing policyholders in insurance recovery matters.
Prior experience must be from a nationally recognized law firm.
Responsibilities include handling complex insurance recovery litigation and claims for policyholders.
Tasks involve conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and other litigation activities.
Assist senior attorneys in developing case strategies and settlement negotiations.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.
Must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
