Overview

Seeking a Mid-level Associate for the International Trade practice.
Position is available in New York, NY or Washington, DC.
Requires 2-4 years of experience specializing in customs and import law.
Must have experience with forced labor, audits, investigations, penalty proceedings, disclosures, valuation, classification, and origin matters.
Candidates should have experience managing cases day-to-day and supervising junior associates.
Prior experience with the U.S. Court of International Trade is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing and analytical skills, are required.
Active membership in the state bar for the applying office, or eligibility for admission by waiver, is mandatory.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $290,000.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
