Overview

Seeking a mid-level associate for the Intellectual Property practice.
Focus on patent litigation in federal district courts.
Requires 2 to 5 years of experience in patent litigation.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing written discovery; and conducting legal research.
Preference for candidates experienced in preparing for and participating in depositions and other litigation phases.
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required.
Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages is strongly preferred.
Must be a member of the state bar for the office to which you are applying, or eligible for admission by waiver.
The available locations are Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
Salary range is $225,000 to $320,000, with potential for an additional discretionary bonus.
