Develop, curate, and maintain essential litigation practice resources, including training materials, guidance, and precedent documents, through attorney debriefs and collection efforts.
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop and deliver training on knowledge management tools and best practices for litigation attorneys and staff.
Identify practice inefficiencies and opportunities to improve workflows through the expanded use of technology and knowledge management systems.
Lead the Litigation department's evaluation of AI tools, including identifying practical use cases, developing and refining generative AI prompts, and advancing pilot initiatives.
Act as a subject matter resource on AI, guiding the effective, ethical, and secure use of AI tools within the litigation practice.
Develop workflows that leverage existing resources and technologies to promote efficiency in common litigation matter types, addressing identified knowledge-sharing gaps.
Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills are essential, coupled with the ability to propose creative solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required, along with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations are necessary.
Standard office hours are expected, with prompt responsiveness to emails required outside of regular hours and on weekends when needed.
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000.
