Extensive experience managing high-volume caseloads across all litigation phases is essential, including programmatic legal matters and strategic complex litigation.
Experience with administrative tribunals, particularly the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH), is preferred. Experience representing large technology corporations (e-commerce, consumer-facing, retail) is a plus.
Essential skills include strong organization, case management, negotiation, legal drafting, oral advocacy, client communication, and the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Full-time hours are expected, averaging 30-40 per week, with flexibility for increased hours. East Coast business hours are required, with some flexibility for West Coast meetings.
