Manage venture capital financings, including seed, Series A, and later-stage equity rounds.
Assist with strategic transactions for emerging companies, such as mergers, acquisitions, and secondary transactions.
Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and day-to-day legal matters for emerging companies.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, financing materials, governance agreements, and investor rights agreements.
