Xiaochen C. joined DWT’s Los Angeles office.

Working with Priya was one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, kind, honest, and provided unbelievably valuable guidance during my job search process. Priya’s work process is transparent, efficient, and tailored to the needs of each individual candidate. I genuinely felt that Priya prioritised my goals and interests above all else, and did not push me into pursuing opportunities that she did not believe would be a good fit. Priya is also extremely responsive and perceptive, which gave me much needed peace of mind during this stressful process. I HIGHLY recommend Priya to all legal professionals looking for a career change. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Priya!!

I had a pleasant experience working with Summer. I worked with Summer over the span of a couple months and Summer reached out to me immediately when a position that fit my desires and experience opened up. Summer was very responsive and I believe her industry connections coupled with her law firm relationships lead to a favorable outcome for my transition. Based on our conversations, Summer told me that I would be in great hands at my current firm and she was right. I trust Summer’s advocacy and word and would work with Summer again in the future.
