The role requires broad corporate transactional experience, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, licensing matters, and general corporate transactional matters.
Candidates must have experience drafting and negotiating a variety of transaction documents, including disclosure schedules, financing and security agreements, and LLC operating agreements.
Experience with energy-related transactions is preferred, though not required, but a demonstrated interest in the energy industry is essential.

The firm operates a hybrid work environment, allowing attorneys to work remotely two days per week.
