The role focuses on employer-side employment litigation and counseling on labor relations and employment law matters.
Responsibilities include representing employers in state and federal court, before state and federal administrative agencies (including the National Labor Relations Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), and in labor arbitration.
Preferred experience involves handling claims related to discrimination, breach of contract, and wage-and-hour violations.
Experience with non-compete litigation, internal investigations, and drafting employment-related policies and agreements is a plus.
The firm offers a hybrid work environment, allowing attorneys to work remotely two days per week.
Bar admission in Connecticut or New Jersey is required, with dual admission in New York, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania considered a plus.
