Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act is required.
Experience with exchange-traded funds, interval funds, business development companies, global asset management regulation, broker-dealers, commodities, and/or digital assets work is a plus.
Prior experience in a large law firm, in-house legal department, or regulatory agency is preferred.
