Charlie La Vine joined Dechert’s New York City office in the Structured Finance group.
My experience with Ren from start to finish was as smooth as it possibly could have been. I never had any doubts that I would find the right fit. Ren was confident about the process from our first phone call and he delivered on everything that he anticipated would come to fruition. He was always available - whether by email or phone call, made sure I was sufficiently prepped for interviews, and took the time to explain the landscape of the job market to me - no matter what questions I had. My main concern was the time I would take handling administrative things like applying, emailing, cover letters, searching for firms, etc, but this was entirely handled by Ren - which allowed me to focus in on the things that really mattered. Things such as interview preparation and speaking with folks at different firms about the culture. Ren made my next legal chapter possible, and I am extremely grateful for the hard work that he did. His connections across the industry are rock solid, and you would be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable and experienced recruiter, not to mention a nice and friendly person who is easy to talk to. If I did it again, I would go with Ren!
