Overview

Associates are given meaningful client-facing responsibilities beyond their level from day one.
The team represents buyers, sellers, and advisers in sophisticated, complex global mergers and acquisitions.
The practice advises on both the legal and technical aspects of complex transactions, as well as their financial and market implications.
Requires hands-on experience drafting and negotiating complex M&A, private equity transactions, and related documentation.
Requires experience as a key deal team member, including responsibility for producing acquisition, equity, and related documents, and managing transactions from due diligence through closing.
