Overview

Seeking a Mid-level or Senior Associate for the nationally recognized Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Requires 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, specifically including false advertising and consumer class actions.
Must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing.
Responsibilities include managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
Key tasks involve drafting complex legal documents (case evaluations, briefs, pleadings, motions) and overseeing comprehensive discovery processes.
Candidates will take and defend depositions, work with fact witnesses and experts, attend hearings, and assist in litigation proceedings.
Essential skills include exceptional writing, analytical, oral advocacy, case management, and organizational abilities.
A strong commitment to client service, responsiveness, and business development aptitude are required.
Prior deposition and court experience is preferred; a Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship is a plus.
Salary range is $325,000 to $365,000, dependent on experience and location.
