Overview

Seeking a Mid-level Associate for the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of commercial litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
Core duties involve conducting legal research, drafting complex documents (briefs, pleadings, motions), and handling all forms of discovery (documents, written, depositions).
Engage directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
Required skills include strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy abilities, proven case management experience, excellent client and adversary interaction skills, and strong academic credentials.
Preferred qualifications include deposition and court experience, prior law firm experience, and an interest in first-party insurance bad faith or financial services/securities litigation.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
The salary range for this California position is $280,000 to $345,000, based on experience and location.
