Mid-level Associate role within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specializing in high-level insurance coverage litigation.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation.
Core responsibilities encompass all phases of commercial litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
Tasks include legal research, drafting complex legal documents (memoranda, briefs, pleadings, motions), and managing discovery (documents, written responses, depositions).
Analyze insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including preparing coverage opinions and related analyses.
Direct interaction with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel is expected.
Candidates must possess exceptional writing, analytical, communication, organizational, and client service skills.
Deposition and court experience, along with prior law firm experience, are preferred.
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
The salary range for this position is $275,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and location.
