Overview

Associate Attorney within the Corporate practice at Dentons US LLP in Miami.
Requires 4-6 years of US legal experience, consistent with a managing or senior managing associate level.
Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
Focuses on complex transactional work, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities, capital markets, fintech/blockchain, and funds for domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities include counseling clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, advising on Delaware law and corporate governance, and coordinating overall legal needs.
Involves building and maintaining client relationships and active participation in business development opportunities.
Desired experience includes substantive work in Corporate, M&A, and/or Private Equity. Experience in venture capital, financing, funds, cross-border transactions, or fintech/blockchain is a plus.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business and legal acumen, judgment, and an entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000, based on experience.
