    Lateral Match

Why talk to Amanda Finley, Esq.?

Tyler Dysart joined King & Spalding LLP's Atlanta office in the Health Care group.

I had an incredible experience with Amanda Finley of Lateral Match. After working with various recruiters for a couple of months and feeling like just another number, the difference with Amanda was very stark; when we had an interview scheduled on less than 24 hours' notice, Amanda dropped everything for 1:1 prep, which was integral in eventually landing that position! Amanda was there every step of the way with personalized advice and guidance, and I cannot recommend working with her enough. Thank you Amanda!

He is upfront about details and what to expect from the potential role and he communicated with me throughout the entire pre and post interview process to ensure I was comfortable with the outcome. Austin is easily the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with and made my “non negotiables” a priority when it came to finding the right fit for me professionally.
