Overview

Staff Associate position within the Employment & Labor practice group, based in one of Dentons' California offices.
Requires a minimum of two years of litigation experience.
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing.
Primary responsibilities involve litigation matters focused on ADA and accommodations law, particularly website accessibility, as well as physical accessibility litigation.
Also handles California privacy-related litigation matters, such as those involving CIPA.
Provides strategic guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance and risk mitigation, conducts legal research and writing, and supports general employment & labor litigation as needed.
Prior experience with ADA accessibility and CIPA privacy law is preferred.
Essential skills include exceptional writing, research, analytical, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal abilities; the capacity to manage a high volume of matters and competing deadlines; strong critical thinking and judgment; and comfort with technology.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000, based on experience.
