Overview

Seeking a junior or mid-level Associate for the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Requires 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a genuine interest in insurance litigation. Deposition and court experience are preferred.
Responsibilities include handling all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
Expected duties involve conducting legal research, drafting complex analyses, briefs, pleadings, and motions, and managing discovery (documents, written, depositions).
The role also requires engaging directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, analytical skills, writing ability, case management proficiency, and oral advocacy.
Essential professional attributes include effective communication with all stakeholders, strong organizational skills, client service dedication, and a collaborative work ethic.
Must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing with the State Bar.
The annual salary range is $235,000 to $325,000, based on experience and location. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and discretionary bonuses.
