Key responsibilities include handling litigation matters focused on ADA and accommodations law, with an emphasis on website and physical accessibility.
The role also involves managing California privacy-related litigation matters, such as those under CIPA.
You will provide strategic guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance and risk mitigation.
Additional duties include legal research, writing, and providing general support for various employment & labor litigation matters.
Required skills include exceptional writing, research, analytical, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication abilities.
The role demands the ability to manage a high volume of matters, meet competing deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
California Bar admission, in good standing, is a mandatory requirement.
Experience with ADA accessibility and California privacy law (CIPA) is a plus, and comfort with technology is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience, as per California law. This includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and discretionary bonuses.
