Junior Associate position in a national Real Estate practice.
Represent lenders, investors, developers, owners, and operators across a range of real estate and real estate finance matters.
Work across major asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, community facility, and mixed-use projects.
Manage the full real estate lifecycle, engaging in direct client contact and receiving partner mentorship.
Key responsibilities include structuring, documenting, and negotiating acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing arrangements, and development projects.
Draft and review transaction documents such as loan agreements, operating agreements, purchase/sale agreements, commercial leases, and development agreements.
Coordinate closings, including title and survey review, due diligence, zoning/land-use analysis, and entity formation.
Provide support on construction, development, operational, and asset management issues.
Requires 1-3 years of real estate practice experience.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, or development matters.
Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
Lender-side financing experience is valued but not required.
Admission to and good standing with the State Bar of Missouri is required.
