Lead and manage end-to-end real estate due diligence for M&A transactions.
Review and analyze leases, title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and property agreements to identify key risks, liabilities, and financial exposure.
Prepare due diligence reports, executive summaries, and risk assessments; coordinate diligence workflows and closing deliverables.
Coordinate and execute complex commercial real estate transactions in connection with larger equity and asset deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing.
Draft and negotiate agreements related to acquisitions, sales, and leases, including real estate-related provisions in purchase and sale agreements.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of transactional real estate experience.
Possess strong familiarity with leases, title, zoning, and property rights, with experience reviewing complex lease agreements.
Understanding of M&A processes is preferred, with the ability to integrate real estate findings into transaction strategy.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, excellent written communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
