Corporate and Transaction Associate position based in the Las Vegas, Nevada office.
Requires 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, securities, financing, governance, M&A, and general business transactions.
Specific experience representing clients in negotiating and closing equity and debt financings and mergers & acquisitions.
Advise clients on compliance, general business matters, and federal/state securities laws and filings.
Responsibilities include entity formation, transaction structuring, and drafting complex transaction documents.
Manage transaction due diligence processes, closings, and associated checklists.
Opportunity to contribute to client relationship building.
Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective verbal communication for client advice.
Nevada Bar admission required, or willingness to become licensed.
