Associate position within the Litigation group.
Requires 1-3 years of experience, primarily focused on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Experience in securities and commercial litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware is also highly valued.
Must be licensed to practice in Delaware or be awaiting admission after sitting for the Delaware bar.
Core responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research and analysis, and drafting legal documents such as briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Manage complex cases from inception to resolution, including trial preparation, negotiations, and settlements, while ensuring rigorous compliance with legal standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and advice, and collaborate with other legal professionals on case strategies.
Actively participate in legal activities including court hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials.
Requires superior research, writing, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, along with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
A strong academic background is preferred.
This is a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home.
