Seeking a Litigation Attorney for a non-partnership track position.
Requires Florida Bar admission and regular work from the Miami, FL office.
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience is required.
Core responsibilities include managing state and federal court litigation, drafting pleadings and briefs, handling discovery disputes, and taking/defending depositions.
Experience with healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired.
Previous state or federal clerkship experience is a plus.
