Overview

Join as a mid-level Corporate Associate in the San Diego office.
Focus on executing M&A transactions for private and public companies.
Key responsibilities include drafting and directly negotiating principal acquisition agreements, and managing complex transactions through closing.
Minimum of 4-6 years of M&A experience required.
Must have direct and applicable experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm.
Strong academic background is essential.
Must be admitted to practice in California.
Experience with complex cross-border transactions and global corporate restructurings is preferred.
This is a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home.
Annual salary range of $310,000 - $390,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
