About the Role

Managing complex employment litigation (e.g., wage & hour, misclassification, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination)
Providing employment law advice and counsel
Drafting and negotiating employment, termination/severance, and related agreements
Conducting employment due diligence
Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions

Key Requirements

JD degree
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New York
3-6 years of experience in labor and employment, including litigation, advice and counsel, and transactional work
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, discrimination laws)
Experience in defense of complex employment litigation and practice before state/federal court and administrative agencies
